Project description: The Sabin S. Murdock House Demolition Project in Murdock, MN is a project that will consist of the demolition of the Sabin S. Murdock house at 631 Clara Avenue, clean-up and disposal of debris, backfilling the hole left after demolition, leveling the land, and planting grass to expand the public park that is established in the parcel. The demolition of the house will be completed by a local demolition company in the week of April 28 - May 2, 2025.

Project description: The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, St. Louis River Restoration Initiative, proposes the Lower Knowlton/Munger Trail Culvert Replacement project located in Duluth, Minnesota. The project proposes to replace a concrete box culvert with a bridge, at the location where the Willard Munger State Trail (Munger Trail) crosses Knowlton Creek. The proposed bridge will enhance the hydrological function of Knowlton Creek and will allow for aquatic and terrestrial organism passage under the Munger Trail.

Project description: The Proposed Project is a residential development in Eagan, Minnesota involving the redevelopment of the former Metcalf Middle School property. The development will be built on approximately 34.5 acres and consist of 468 units of mixed multi-family housing. The proposed Project includes 46 twin homes, 96 townhomes, an apartment building with up to 260-units, and a senior living cooperative with up to 66-units. The project includes active park land, private open space, stormwater infrastructure, sidewalks and trail connections to Diffley Road. Project description: The West End Office Park is a mixed-use redevelopment of an approximately 10-acre site east of Park Place Boulevard and north of Parkdale Drive in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The proposed development includes four new buildings: two 6-story mixed-use buildings containing residential and commercial uses, a 13-story office building, a 20-story residential building, and surface and garage parking within each building. These reports were received via the Minnesota Duty Officer prior to the submission deadline for this edition of the EQB Monitor. They represent the raw data/information provided by callers. For more information regarding fish kills in Minnesota see the Department of Natural Resources. Call the Minnesota Duty Officer at 651‐649‐5451 or 800‐422‐0798 to report fish kills.

The EQB Monitor is a weekly publication announcing environmental review documents, public comment periods and other actions of the Environmental Quality Board. The EQB Monitor is published every Tuesday at noon. Submissions to the EQB Monitor are due by 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday one week prior to the intended publication date.
